This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the planning and execution of go-to-market strategies for new product and feature launches, ensuring effective coordination of timelines and messaging among product, marketing, sales, and client services to foster awareness, adoption, and growth.
• Create and uphold essential product messaging documents, positioning frameworks, and packaging narratives that unify product, commercial, and executive teams around a cohesive narrative.
• Act as the Marketing team's product subject matter expert (SME), providing training to marketing colleagues on new product and feature enhancements as they are introduced, while reviewing draft marketing materials for product accuracy and alignment in messaging.
• Leverage GenAI workflows to produce content, guiding and refining AI outputs instead of authoring everything from scratch, while also identifying additional AI-enabled tools to enhance execution speed, quality, and consistency.
• Provide the Sales and Client Services teams with engaging product narratives, collateral, training, and resources that promote adoption and ensure long-term customer success.
• Implement multi-channel customer engagement strategies (such as email campaigns, release announcements, webinars, and events) that create feedback loops, enhance customer engagement, and drive feature adoption.
• Curate a comprehensive library of relevant customer case studies, testimonials, and proof points to support sales and demand generation initiatives.
• Ensure consistent, brand-aligned communication across all channels, confirming that all product- and customer-facing materials reflect Ludi's brand voice, compliance requirements, and healthcare industry standards.
• Collaborate with product management to define and uphold buyer personas, ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and competitive positioning for Ludi's provider enterprise management solutions and services.
• Evaluate customer and market data, including CRM and marketing insights (HubSpot), buyer intent and firmographic data (ZoomInfo), and third-party industry resources, to refine personas, ICPs, positioning, and messaging strategies.
• Conduct continuous research on customers, competitors, and healthcare industry trends to keep positioning and messaging relevant as the category develops.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or a similar B2B marketing role, preferably within the healthcare technology, SaaS, or another regulated industry.
• Proven success in planning and executing go-to-market launches and campaigns, with experience in developing buyer personas, ICPs, competitive positioning, and messaging frameworks driven by customer and market data.
• Strong storytelling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex concepts, craft compelling value propositions, and engage various buyer personas, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills for clinical, operational, and executive audiences.
• Solid analytical skills to utilize data in measuring impact and informing decisions related to positioning, messaging, and campaign performance.
• Proficient in creating assets for sales and client-facing teams, providing training to ensure their success, and a proven track record in producing sales enablement content and collateral that teams actively utilize.
• Possess an entrepreneurial mindset—thrives in uncertainty, enjoys developing programs from inception, and excels as a cross-functional collaborator with robust project management and organizational skills in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
• Familiarity with data and marketing platforms such as HubSpot and ZoomInfo, along with content/collateral design tools like Canva.
• Comfortable using AI tools to enhance the speed, quality, and consistency of marketing execution.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience; Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
• Remote position, must reside in the United States.
