• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally in early-stage companies (seed to Series A).
• A background in data products, with an understanding of how users engage with insights, analytics, or intelligence tools.
• A passion for customer discovery, having conducted over 50 customer interviews to quickly identify problem-solution fit.
• Familiarity with AI products, including knowledge of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and developing products that become smarter over time.
• A builder mentality, enabling you to move quickly, make decisions with limited information, and iterate based on feedback.
• 15-25% equity, depending on experience and time commitment.
• 4-year vesting schedule with a 1-year cliff.
• Opportunity for salary once revenue milestones are achieved.
