Product Co-Founder – Competitive Intelligence AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Conduct in-depth customer discovery to validate and enhance our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and value proposition.

• Shift our categorization framework from 'urgency + impact' to 'connected storylines over time'.

• Create a product experience that makes competitive intelligence comparable to having a strategic analyst on your team.

• Establish and evaluate product-market fit metrics.

• Advance our single-prompt AI analysis into multi-stage reasoning that links data points over time.

• Develop pattern recognition features that highlight 'what this means' rather than just 'what happened'.

• Collaborate with our tech co-founder to enhance insight quality through improved prompting and data models.

• Construct feedback loops that enable our AI to become smarter over time.

• Formulate product-led growth strategies to convert trial users into paying customers.

• Design in-product experiences that showcase value within the first 24 hours.

• Assist in articulating our positioning against both manual research and conventional competitive intelligence tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in B2B SaaS product management, ideally in early-stage companies (seed to Series A).

• A background in data products, with an understanding of how users engage with insights, analytics, or intelligence tools.

• A passion for customer discovery, having conducted over 50 customer interviews to quickly identify problem-solution fit.

• Familiarity with AI products, including knowledge of LLM capabilities, prompt engineering, and developing products that become smarter over time.

• A builder mentality, enabling you to move quickly, make decisions with limited information, and iterate based on feedback.
