Product CEO – Venture Studio Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a venture from inception to execution within the Human Agency studio.

• Establish a framework and schedule for assessing, financing, and expanding ventures throughout the studio.

• Conduct weekly studio meetings and maintain accountability for ongoing ventures.

• Articulate the vision to partners, customers, and investors to secure opportunities.

• Integrate AI and agents as fundamental infrastructure within ventures.

• Lead evaluations and assess the performance of ventures.

• Demonstrated experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who has successfully launched tangible products.

• Strong sales skills and the ability to influence others.

• Experience in building with AI, rather than merely utilizing it.

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity at every level.

• A builder-first mentality, with a strong sense of accountability and curiosity.

• Capability to create, launch, and refine projects without unnecessary processes.

• U.S. applicants must be eligible for full-time employment; Canadian applicants must be able to work as independent contractors.
