Product CEO – Venture Studio Director

📋 Description

• Create and manage a venture from inception to launch within the Human Agency studio.

• Establish the framework and schedule for assessing, funding, and expanding ventures throughout the studio.

• Conduct weekly studio meetings and act as the accountability leader for ongoing ventures.

• Articulate the vision to partners, clients, and investors while successfully closing deals.

• Integrate AI and agents as fundamental components in all developments.

• Design products and ventures that prioritize secure, scalable, and human-centered AI strategies.

• Collaborate with clients and teams across various domains including strategy, engineering, design, data, and operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader with a track record of delivering tangible products.

• Strong sales skills and the capability to influence others.

• AI-native builder with a background in AI-focused development.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity at all levels.

• Builder-first mentality.

• A sense of accountability and a natural curiosity.

• Must reside in the U.S. or Canada.
