Product CEO / Venture Studio Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a new venture from inception to launch within the Human Agency studio.

• Establish the framework and schedule for assessing, funding, and scaling ventures throughout the studio.

• Conduct weekly studio meetings and maintain accountability for all active ventures.

• Articulate the vision to partners, customers, and investors, successfully closing deals.

• Integrate AI and agents as fundamental components in all developed projects.

• Act as the CEO and product leader for the venture studio position.

• Demonstrated experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who has successfully delivered tangible products.

• Proven sales capabilities with a track record of closing deals with partners, customers, or investors.

• Experience in building applications with AI, rather than merely utilizing it.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively at all levels.

• A mindset focused on building and creating.

• Strong sense of accountability and a desire for continuous learning.

• Eagerness to innovate, launch, and refine products.

• U.S. applicants must qualify for full-time employment; Canadian applicants should be prepared to work as independent contractors.
