Product CEO – Venture Studio Director

📋 Description

• Develop and manage your own venture from inception to execution within the Human Agency studio

• Establish the criteria and schedule for evaluating, funding, and scaling ventures throughout the studio

• Conduct weekly studio meetings and act as the accountability leader for active ventures

• Communicate the vision to partners, customers, or investors and successfully close deals

• Integrate AI and agents as essential infrastructure in all your developments

• Lead evaluations and assess the effectiveness of ventures

• Demonstrated experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who has successfully launched tangible products

• Proven sales skills and an ability to influence others

• Experience in building with AI, rather than merely utilizing it

• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, from defining projects to addressing urgent challenges

• A builder-first mindset characterized by accountability, curiosity, and a readiness to iterate

• Capability to develop and manage a venture from inception to execution

• Skill in establishing frameworks and schedules for the evaluation, funding, and scaling of ventures

• Ability to convey visions to partners, customers, or investors and successfully close deals
