Product CEO / Venture Studio Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Establish and manage your own venture from inception to execution within the Human Agency studio.

• Create the framework and rhythm for evaluating, financing, and scaling ventures throughout the studio.

• Conduct weekly studio meetings and act as the main point of accountability for all ongoing ventures.

• Articulate the vision to partners, clients, or investors and successfully close deals.

• Integrate AI and agents as fundamental components in all your creations.

• Lead evaluations and assess the effectiveness of ventures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who has launched tangible products.

• Strong sales acumen — capable of engaging stakeholders and influencing decisions.

• An AI-native builder who has developed applications with AI, rather than merely utilizing it.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity at all levels.

• No interest in adhering to processes for their own sake; focused on building, shipping, and iterating.

• Possess accountability, curiosity, and a builder-first mentality.
