Product CEO – Venture Studio Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create and manage your own venture from inception within the Human Agency studio.

• Establish the framework and schedule for evaluating, funding, and scaling ventures throughout the studio.

• Conduct weekly studio meetings and act as the main point of accountability for all active ventures.

• Articulate the vision to partners, customers, or investors and successfully close deals.

• Integrate AI and agents as fundamental infrastructure in all your projects.

• Oversee a venture while defining the guidelines for how ventures progress within the studio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader who has successfully launched tangible products.

• Strong sales abilities — capable of engaging stakeholders and influencing decisions.

• An AI-native builder — someone who has created with AI technology rather than simply using it.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity at all levels of the organization.

• A lack of interest in processes that exist solely for their own sake; focus on building, shipping, and iterating.
