Product CEO / Venture Studio Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage a new venture from the ground up within the Human Agency studio.

• Establish the framework and schedule for assessing, funding, and expanding ventures throughout the studio.

• Conduct weekly studio meetings and take responsibility for the progress of active ventures.

• Communicate the vision to partners, customers, and investors to secure opportunities.

• Integrate AI and agents as foundational infrastructure in ventures.

• Lead evaluations and assess the effectiveness of ongoing ventures.

• Demonstrated experience as a founder, CEO, or product leader with a track record of delivering tangible products.

• Strong sales skills and a proven ability to influence others.

• Background in building with AI, rather than merely utilizing it.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations at all levels.

• A mindset focused on building and innovation.

• A sense of responsibility and a thirst for knowledge.

• Proficiency in building, launching, and iterating without unnecessary bureaucracy.
