This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.
• Develop and implement the global category strategy that aligns with portfolio and business goals.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation to launch and eventual phase-out.
• Enhance portfolio performance, focusing on revenue, margin, market share, and SKU complexity.
• Leverage customer, market, and competitive insights to propel customer-driven innovation.
• Convert insights into well-defined product roadmaps, features, and value propositions.
• Collaborate with Sales and customers to foster a deep market understanding and support key accounts.
• Assist in go-to-market initiatives, including value-based pricing, positioning, and product launches.
• Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to forecasting and planning by utilizing market intelligence and volume projections.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline (or equivalent experience).
• Significant experience in product management, portfolio management, technical sales, or similar roles, preferably within the HVAC, hydronic, or fluid control sectors.
• Strong knowledge of thermostatic controls, hydronic systems, and product lifecycle management.
• A commercial mindset complemented by a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a knack for simplifying complexity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing abilities in an international context.
• A collaborative leadership style alongside a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are an advantage.
• Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites, events, and industry gatherings.
