Product Builder – AI Acceleration

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of challenges, not just tickets. Engage directly with restaurant operators to uncover the genuine issues. Define what needs to be developed next and bring it to fruition.

• Manage the entire process. Design the user experience, structure the system, write the code, and take responsibility for the results. You will be accountable for the complete journey from insight to product launch.

• Act swiftly and ensure high-quality delivery. AI empowers us to produce at a speed ten times faster than in the past. Leverage this advantage to enhance product quality.

• Influence our product strategy. Your insights into customer needs should shape our roadmap, extending beyond just your immediate sprint. We seek product thinkers rather than mere ticket closers.

• Uphold high standards of craftsmanship. Write clean, maintainable code and create intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user experiences. Independent restaurant owners deserve exceptional software, and you will ensure they receive it.

• Be an advocate for users. Foster relationships with operators, share and discuss ideas with them, and remember their names. Collaborate with them in real-time to refine solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in building and launching software products.

• Experience in multiple roles: thinking like a Product Manager, building like an Engineer, and focusing on UX like a Designer.

• Proficient in TypeScript, with comfort in our frontend (React, Next.js) and/or backend (Node.js, MongoDB) technology stacks.

• AI-savvy in your approach: utilizing AI tools to enhance speed, improve code quality, and discover solutions you couldn't achieve independently.

• A proven history of delivering projects from start to finish that you take pride in.

• Authentic empathy for customers: you have engaged with users directly, rather than solely reviewing their support requests.

• Exceptional initiative: you proactively identify issues, make decisions, and take action without needing direction.

• Innately collaborative: former colleagues in product, design, and business would commend your teamwork.

• Systematic thinker: you grasp how your work aligns with the broader product vision and contribute to the technical frameworks that support the entire team.
