⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in developing and launching software products.

• You have taken on various roles: thinking like a Product Manager, building like an engineer, and focusing on user experience like a designer.

• Proficient in TypeScript; comfortable working with our frontend (React, Next.js) and/or backend (Node.js, MongoDB) technologies.

• AI-savvy in your approach: you utilize AI tools to accelerate your work, enhance code quality, and discover solutions that you couldn't achieve independently.

• A proven history of delivering end-to-end projects that you take pride in.

• Authentic customer empathy: you have directly interacted with users rather than solely relying on their support requests.

• Remarkably proactive: you identify challenges, make decisions, and take action without waiting for direction.

• A collaborative spirit: former colleagues in product, design, and business would commend your teamwork.

• You think systemically: you understand how your contributions align with the broader product vision and actively support the development of the technical frameworks that the team relies on.

• Experience at a startup focused on product development or within a rapidly growing technology company.
