This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).
• Transform event data, campaign performance, and growth metrics into actionable insights for product and leadership teams.
• Define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (north-star and funnel metrics) for brands and creators.
• Collaborate with Product Managers (PMs) to establish event-tracking specifications during the feature planning phase.
• Work together with PMs and engineers to enhance instrumentation.
• Partner with data and engineering teams to modernize data infrastructure.
• Ensure data quality and contribute to decisions regarding schema and taxonomy.
• Create and oversee dashboards for PMs, leadership, and investors.
• Utilize LLM-assisted SQL and Python generation, natural-language querying, and AI-driven analysis pipelines.
• Link product and campaign modifications to revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Assist in designing A/B tests, determining sample sizes, interpreting results, and maintaining an experiment log.
• Incorporate UAE and GCC context when analyzing funnel and campaign data.
• Provide reliable metrics for board and investor updates.
• Foster data literacy within the product management team.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer (CPO) within the product organization.
• Collaborate closely with the data and engineering teams on infrastructure and with PMs on instrumentation and metrics.
• A minimum of 5 years in product analytics or data analysis.
• Ideally experienced in a marketplace, e-commerce, or performance-marketing environment.
• Experience in a growth-stage startup is a significant advantage.
• Proven track record of owning north-star and funnel or retention metrics for a two-sided or marketplace product.
• Experience collaborating directly with PMs and engineers on instrumentation.
• Background in data-infrastructure modernization.
• Ability to validate data quality and contribute to schema and taxonomy decisions.
• Comfortable working with imperfect data and evolving schemas.
• Hands-on experience with a customer data platform or event-tracking pipeline.
• Familiarity with a modern BI or dashboarding tool.
• Proficient in SQL.
• Competent in Python, with at least knowledge of pandas.
• Regular use of LLMs and agents for queries, analysis code, data summarization, or reporting automation.
• Ability to connect product and campaign changes to revenue, retention, and unit economics.
• Experience in designing A/B tests, determining sample sizes, interpreting results, and maintaining an experiment log.
• Understanding of UAE and GCC context, including trust, timing, creative refresh, and short attention spans.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Nice to have: background in influencer, affiliate, or performance-marketing analytics.
