Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with product teams to articulate what constitutes a "good experience" and determining methods for measurement.

• Developing and maintaining dashboards utilizing tools like Pendo, Tableau, or similar, leveraging data to address inquiries and propel our business forward.

• Implementing new product surfaces by partnering with engineers to define event taxonomies, validate tracking, and ensure data integrity.

• Evaluating funnels, retention curves, and feature adoption to pinpoint friction points within the customer journey.

• Contributing to our experience metrics framework and aiding in the establishment of analytics standards throughout the product organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess analytics experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS or developer-centric product environment.

• Be adept at navigating and working with extensive datasets.

• Have experience with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, FullStory, or equivalent) and a solid understanding of event-based instrumentation and measurement.

• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Be a strong team player, capable of collaborating, prioritizing tasks, and solving problems in a rapidly changing environment.

• Have experience with cloud infrastructure products, developer tools, or APIs - this would be an advantage.

• Have familiarity with Python or R for advanced analysis, along with exposure to A/B testing frameworks - would be a plus.
