Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of our essential metrics (conversion, LTV, CAC, payback, refund rate) ensuring they are defined and calculated reliably for everyone.

• Conduct A/B tests from start to finish, encompassing hypothesis creation to actionable recommendations.

• Develop a LTV model utilizing early indicators and logical assumptions.

• Explore pricing experiments to help us evaluate the trade-offs between conversion rates, pricing, and long-term value.

• Analyze our web onboarding funnel to identify the most significant opportunities for improvement.

• Discover non-obvious growth levers that advance our journey towards sustainable unit economics.

• Utilize AI tools (such as Claude, Cursor, Copilot—whatever suits you) to enhance efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL, including joins, window functions, and CTEs with ease.

• Experience with Python for data analysis and light automation tasks.

• Familiarity with ETL processes or pipelines (such as Airflow, dbt).

• Previous experience with a BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI).

• Knowledge of subscription unit economics, including CAC, LTV, payback, and contribution margin.

• Comprehensive understanding of A/B testing—proper design, sample sizes, and authentic interpretation of results, particularly in low-volume scenarios.

• Proactive mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and eager to take ownership of outcomes.

• Bonus: Experience using AI tools in your regular analytics activities.

• Background in health, pharmaceuticals, or digital health.

• Understanding of HIPAA/GDPR regulations and the tracking limitations pertaining to health data.

• Experience in optimizing web onboarding funnels or paywalls.
