Product Analyst – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Explore Oracle Financials - including payables, receivables, GL, fixed assets, and tax - and create solutions that enhance our customers' experiences.

• Act as the customer advocate: assess support cases, reproduce issues, and manage complex escalations to resolution.

• Develop specifications, testing scripts, and user guides that elevate the team's standards.

• Work closely with developers and pre-sales teams to deliver exceptional products.

• Assist in transitioning our suite to a new platform, with real opportunities for growth beyond Oracle.

• Foster a progressive approach to AI-driven workflows and contemporary tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a functional analyst, finance systems, support, implementation, or consulting capacity.

• Strong practical understanding of essential finance processes (AP, AR, GL, fixed assets, tax) within a major ERP framework.

• Direct experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud ERP Financials.

• A keen analytical mindset - capable of dissecting problems, identifying patterns, and determining root causes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - able to simplify complex concepts.

• Customer-centric mindset with the capability to manage issues until resolution.

• Preferred: Oracle Financials certification or an accounting qualification.

• Basic knowledge of SQL.

• Familiarity with AI-enhanced productivity tools or Excel macros/VBA is a plus.
