Senior Product Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Serve as a connector between Product teams and the Data organization, converting business needs into data specifications.

• Collaborate with Product Managers to define, analyze, and interpret business and product metrics, facilitating clear and reliable decision-making.

• Take ownership of event tracking by defining requirements, validating implementation, and ensuring ongoing consistency.

• Work alongside Data Engineers and Data Consultants to develop and enhance production-ready data models for Product Analytics.

• Utilize Databricks (SQL / Spark) to assess business performance and user behavior, and present insights using Power BI.

• Assist with A/B testing by establishing success metrics and analyzing results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related analytical role.

• Proficient in SQL and experienced in working with large datasets within cloud data platforms (experience with Databricks is advantageous).

• Demonstrated experience in KPI definition and Event Tracking.

• Familiarity with Reporting Tools, particularly Power BI (is a plus).

• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into clear business insights.

• Ability to work autonomously, assume responsibility, and consult with stakeholders effectively.

• Proficient in both Polish and English (B2+ level).
