Product Analyst – Growth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Support the evaluation of experiments and the interpretation of results to enhance product initiatives;

• Engage in assessing pricing experiments and analyzing outcomes to guide product and marketing strategies;

• Contribute to refining the current LTV forecasting model and create additional predictive models as necessary;

• Develop reports and dashboards to increase visibility into product trends and opportunities;

• Discover and investigate potential growth levers through data-driven insights;

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL with the capability to write complex queries utilizing joins, window functions, CTEs, and aggregations; adept at optimizing query performance for large datasets;

• Demonstrated experience with ETL pipelines and constructing data workflows (Airflow, dbt, or similar); knowledgeable about maintaining data quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

• Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation;

• Familiarity with any BI tool (Looker, Superset, Tableau, Power BI, or similar);

• Understanding of core statistics, A/B testing, and experimentation principles (proper test design, power calculation, post-hoc analysis, etc.);

• Capability to structure and interpret data, ensuring precision and meaningful insights;

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with product, marketing, and other teams;

• A proactive attitude—someone who enjoys exploring data, identifying trends, and suggesting growth opportunities.

• Nice to have: Experience as a product or data analyst specifically within a subscription-based service (SaaS, mobile subscriptions, OTT, etc.);

• Experience conducting pricing A/B experiments.
