Junior Product Analyst, Chef Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist in establishing and monitoring success metrics for initiatives aimed at both chefs and customers.

• Create dashboards and reports to track performance and facilitate informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with engineers and designers to create innovative growth tools for chefs and engaging loyalty experiences for diners.

• Take ownership of small features or experiments throughout the entire process (specification → development → launch → evaluation → iteration).

• Aid Product Managers in executing the roadmap, managing the backlog, and setting priorities.

• Work in partnership with Data Analysts and BizOps to extract insights and identify opportunities.

• Engage directly with our Chef Success team to grasp chef requirements and feedback.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as a Product Analyst or Junior Product Manager, preferably in consumer-facing, growth, marketplace, or e-commerce settings.

• Strong analytical abilities — adept at handling data and deriving actionable insights.

• Proficiency in SQL and/or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).

• Understanding of A/B testing methodologies and statistical analysis.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills — capable of conveying data-driven decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

• A collaborative team player — effective in working across Product, Engineering, Marketing, BizOps, and Chef Success teams.

• Self-motivated with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and work with independence.

• Enthusiasm for evolving into a full Product Manager role over time.

• Analytical thinker with a user-centric approach: able to balance data insights with empathy.

• Proactive attitude: focused on achieving results and iterating swiftly.

• Cooperative, low-ego, and solution-focused.

• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
