Product Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Costa Rica.

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing the FactorTrust product roadmap spanning a 1–3 year timeframe.

• Collaborate with senior product leaders to oversee regulatory, compliance, and security projects.

• Collect customer feedback, market insights, and user research to guide product choices.

• Establish and monitor product objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), success metrics, and business results.

• Work alongside Product Development, Technology, Data Analytics, and other business stakeholders.

• Create persona-driven product requirements, converting business needs into actionable development priorities.

• Oversee feature release planning, eliminate barriers to execution, and relay roadmap updates.

• Evaluate wireframes, prototypes, and design concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or a similar position.

• Familiarity with customer-focused product development methods, including customer research, market analysis, and requirements gathering.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Technology, Analytics, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Sales.

• Knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and security considerations in data-driven products.

• Proficient in analyzing business and customer data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Experience with product roadmap management and backlog prioritization tools.

• Skills in data analysis and reporting.

• Capable of documenting requirements and translating business needs into functional product specifications.

• Experience working with Agile product and technology teams.

• Strong skills in presentation, stakeholder communication, and product planning.
