This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Transform existing processes into digital formats and consistently enhance them utilizing AI technologies.

• Proactively engage in and advance strategic procurement initiatives.

• Establish and refine quality assurance protocols.

• Create data-driven analyses, presentations, and documentation of processes.

• Support external service providers in navigating the billing system.

• Oversee the team inbox and professionally address email inquiries.

• Act as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries from external partners.

• Employ AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based solutions responsibly, adhering to data governance, security, and ethical usage standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical field.

• Proficient in MS Office and possesses a strong affinity for IT systems.

• Fluent in German and possesses very good English skills, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrates confident and professional communication via telephone and in writing.

• Exhibits a structured, independent, and solution-focused approach to work.
