Procurement & Vendor Management Specialist, German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Transform existing procurement and vendor management workflows and continuously enhance them using AI technologies.

• Participate in and lead strategic procurement initiatives.

• Establish and advance quality assurance protocols.

• Create data-driven analyses, presentations, and documentation for processes.

• Support external service providers in utilizing the billing system.

• Oversee the team inbox and respond to email inquiries in a professional manner.

• Act as the primary point of contact for phone inquiries from external partners.

• Effectively leverage AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools while adhering to data governance, security, and ethical use principles.

• Completed degree or vocational training in a commercial or technical field.

• Proficient in MS Office and possess a strong affinity for IT systems.

• Fluent in German.

• Excellent written and spoken English skills.

• Confident and professional in both telephone and written communications.

• Organized, independent, and solution-oriented work approach.

• Team-oriented mindset with a strong service orientation.

• Capable of responsibly utilizing AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools in compliance with data governance, security, and ethical use standards.
