• Monitor both public and private tender platforms to swiftly identify pertinent opportunities.
• Clearly and promptly flag and report potential business opportunities to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare and assemble all essential documentation and paperwork required for tender submissions, ensuring adherence to guidelines and deadlines.
• Manage general administrative tasks related to procurement, including maintaining well-organized records of tender submissions and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams to collect necessary documentation and secure approvals.
• Ensure that all submitted materials are accurate, complete, and professional.
• Stay informed about procurement regulations and submission requirements in relevant markets.
• Proficient in using tender platforms (both public and private).
• Demonstrated experience in procurement, tender preparation, or providing administrative project support.
• Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in Arabic is essential.
• Ability to work independently while meeting stringent deadlines.
• Familiarity with tender platforms and public procurement procedures is preferred.
• Comfortable managing administrative documentation and compliance paperwork.
• Proficient in MS Office / Outlook / Jira.
• Highly organized and aware of both internal and external deadlines.
