Procurement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Review contract terms to ensure alignment with company policies and trigger cost-saving measures.

• Validate payments within the internal payment system in accordance with contracts and internal guidelines.

• Manage and facilitate the competitive bidding process.

• Foster and maintain strong, professional relationships with Miratech’s key vendors.

• Establish a procurement competence center to promote best practices and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with company standards.

• Execute additional responsibilities as required, in line with the objectives of this role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in controlling, finance, procurement compliance, procurement operations, or similar roles related to contract management and internal processes.

• Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail when assessing contracts, payments, and associated documentation.

• Results-driven and self-assured, with a diplomatic communication approach when interacting with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in multinational and cross-border settings is advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Proficiency in English at an Upper-Intermediate level or above.
