CLM Specialist, Contract Lifecycle Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee the ICI platform.

• Develop and maintain contract types, templates, workflows, rules, attributes, clauses, and user/security groups.

• Serve as the primary responder for Severity 1 incidents, ensuring swift diagnosis and resolution.

• Diagnose issues, identify root causes, and implement both immediate and long-term solutions.

• Collaborate directly with business users to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, implement changes in lower environments, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

• Promote configuration modifications across environments utilizing P2P and adhere to Labcorp IT release protocols.

• Assist with integrations involving Salesforce, DocuSign, Office 365, SSO, and other enterprise systems.

• Offer strategic advice for future enhancements and cross-system integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related discipline.

• At least 2 years of practical experience managing and configuring Icertis ICI.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an IT systems role.

• At least 1 year of experience in installing and configuring Salesforce and DocuSign integrations within ICI.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in executing data migration tasks, including extracting metadata and migrating contracts into ICI.

• At least 1 year of experience in supporting Icertis AI modules such as Vera Analytics, Negotiate AI, and Discover Copilot.

• Icertis certifications (Practitioner, Technical Professional, or Administrator) are required.

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential.

• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organizational and project management skills.
