This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Process, monitor, and reconcile purchase orders within both customer and Gordian systems, ensuring precision and alignment with project budgets.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders regarding PO status, updates, discrepancies, and resolutions.
• Keep comprehensive and audit-ready procurement records and documentation to facilitate compliance and financial reporting.
• Oversee PO activity across contracts and project portfolios, proactively identifying risks, variances, or delays.
• Promote continuous improvement by detecting workflow gaps and suggesting process enhancements that boost speed, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Assist internal teams in meeting customer objectives and key performance metrics through timely and accurate procurement execution.
• Balance competing priorities across various projects while upholding strong client relationships and service delivery standards.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Over 3 years of experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Contract Administration, or Project/Construction Management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
