Procurement Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute procurement strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

• Oversee the complete procurement cycle, which encompasses market analysis, supplier negotiations, purchase order management, and meticulous record-keeping.

• Build and sustain robust relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

• Supervise logistics operations, such as product transportation, inventory oversight, and shipping.

• Ensure adherence to company policies, regulations, and quality control standards.

• Support the financial components of procurement, including vendor payments and budget oversight.

• Address legal issues related to procurement, including contract management and conflict resolution.

• Offer strategic guidance to decision-makers for implementing efficient procurement and logistics services.

• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, accompanied by demonstrated experience in procurement roles.

• Proficiency in English is required.

• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian business practices is preferred.
