This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Master the Spend Map: Assume full responsibility for all non-merchandise expenditures, unifying fragmented departmental purchases into a cohesive and strategic approach.
• Negotiate with Purpose: Spearhead high-stakes negotiations, prioritizing long-term value, service levels, and risk mitigation over simply the lowest bid.
• Bridge the Gap: Serve as a strategic advisor to our Executive Leadership Team (ELT), assisting them in navigating vendor selections that align with their specific objectives.
• Build the Engine: Create and execute top-notch procurement processes that are scalable, transparent, and designed for a high-growth setting.
• Protect the Road: Conduct thorough analyses of contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure our partners share our commitment to success while reducing organizational risk.
• 8+ Years of Procurement Grit: You possess nearly a decade of experience in the field, including at least 3 years directing strategy for non-inventory (GNFR) goods and services.
• The "Scaler" Toolkit: You have an extensive understanding of procurement best practices and can enhance an existing function without causing delays.
• Contract & Negotiation Mastery: You have a proven history of negotiating favorable terms and safeguarding the business through stringent SLA enforcement.
• Analytical Precision: You are a data-oriented problem solver capable of delving into spend analysis to uncover hidden efficiencies.
• High-Stakes Collaboration: You establish immediate credibility with both internal stakeholders and vendors, transforming procurement into a collaborative partner rather than a barrier.
• Systems Expertise: You are skilled in contemporary procurement tools—experience with Coupa is highly advantageous.
• Leadership & Credentials: You naturally excel at team management and driving results; possessing a certification such as CSCP, CPIM, or CIPS indicates your expertise.
