This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Conduct comprehensive sourcing activities (RFQs, RFPs, renewals) for designated spend categories in accordance with procurement policies and category strategies.
• Assist in supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, and negotiations within the scope of delegated authority.
• Develop sourcing recommendations backed by data, rationale, and documented approvals.
• Serve as the primary procurement liaison for specific business stakeholders, offering guidance on processes and governance.
• Aid in supplier performance management, including the resolution of issues and conducting service reviews.
• Recognize and report supplier, financial, or operational risks along with suggested mitigation strategies.
• Ensure the accurate and compliant processing of purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.
• Monitor and report on savings, benefits, and sourcing results in alignment with procurement standards.
• Maintain documentation that is audit-ready and proactively highlight policy exceptions or control deficiencies.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and business partners to fulfill organizational requirements.
• Proven experience in sourcing and negotiating SaaS and professional services agreements.
• Strong grasp of software licensing models (subscription, usage-based, multi-year, enterprise agreements).
• Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in Technology, Finance, Legal, and Security sectors.
• Solid commercial and analytical abilities with a knack for structuring recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a professional context.
• Capability to manage multiple sourcing initiatives with precision and discipline.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to governance and controls.
• Proficiency in contract lifecycle management and procurement tools; advanced Excel skills are preferred.
• Familiarity with sourcing processes, contracts, and supplier management principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Between 3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience with supplier negotiations, sourcing events, and contract management.
• Background in supporting high-growth or transformative environments.
• Professional certification (CPSM, CIPS, CPP) is advantageous.
