This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Managed relationships with carriers throughout North Asia, including Taiwan, South Korea, and Japan.
• Developed and implemented procurement strategies for key networking equipment and accessories by collaborating with internal business units on both immediate and long-term projects.
• Compiled and presented weekly and monthly P&L management reports to facilitate business decision-making.
• Oversaw and enhanced inventory management practices, focusing on equipment stock levels, inventory amortization, and controlling storage costs.
• Established and broadened vendor channels for networking equipment and accessories, involving vendor due diligence and negotiations on commercial costs.
• Identified gaps in operational processes and executed timely corrective measures to boost efficiency.
• Ensured adherence to company standards, internal controls, and operational protocols.
• Developed and refined the organizational structure of the team to support business expansion.
• Fostered strong relationships with customers and partners within the global networking ecosystem.
• Undertook additional responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
• Bilingual proficiency in English, encompassing reading, writing, speaking, and listening, is preferred.
• Experience in the telecom, data center, or cloud industries is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, inventory management, finance, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience in similar positions.
• Strong computer skills are required.
• Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and responsible.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
