📋 Description

• ElevenLabs is experiencing rapid global growth, which is increasing the complexity of our purchasing processes.

• The Procurement department plays a vital role in enabling us to operate swiftly without causing vendor proliferation, overlooked renewals, ambiguous ownership, or unexpected obligations.

• The goal is straightforward: enhanced commercial terms, streamlined approval processes, improved spend visibility, and vendor management practices that facilitate growth while minimizing unnecessary bureaucracy.

• The ideal candidate is an AI-savvy commercial operator: analytical, commercially astute, humble, and proactive.

• They naturally leverage AI tools to enhance productivity, approach challenges with foundational thinking, and are passionate about creating straightforward systems that simplify the management and improvement of complex vendor expenditures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in procurement, sourcing, vendor management, or commercial operations within a technology, SaaS, AI, cloud, infrastructure, or rapidly growing environment.

• Strong commercial acumen regarding usage-based pricing, SaaS agreements, cloud/infrastructure obligations, enterprise tools, contractors, agencies, and professional services.

• An AI-oriented working style: regularly utilizes AI tools to enhance sourcing, vendor evaluations, renewal tracking, contract assessments, reporting, documentation, and workflow design.

• Capable of establishing straightforward procurement workflows for intake, approvals, contracts, purchase orders, vendor onboarding, renewals, and spend reporting without introducing unnecessary obstacles.

• Ability to collaborate effectively across US and European time zones, working alongside Finance, Legal, Operations, Security, Engineering, Accounting, Accounts Payable, Go-To-Market teams, and business stakeholders.

• Bonus:

• Experience with AI infrastructure, cloud expenditures, model/data vendors, usage-based software, or developer tools.

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Zip, Coupa, Ariba, Ironclad, Ramp, or similar platforms.

• Background in supporting audit readiness, SOX compliance, IPO preparation, or global procurement operations.
