This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Examine procurement data to discover cost-saving opportunities, potential supplier consolidations, and areas of inefficiency across hardware, software, and service categories.
• Keep procurement databases, vendor records, and contract repositories updated to guarantee accuracy and accessibility.
• Assist in the RFP/RFQ processes by gathering and comparing vendor proposals, pricing, and technical specifications.
• Monitor and report key procurement KPIs, including spend under management, realized savings, and purchase order cycle times.
• Collaborate with the Finance team on purchase requisition approvals, invoice reconciliation, and budget management.
• Provide support in supplier onboarding, documentation for due diligence, and performance scorecards.
• Create and maintain procurement dashboards and reporting using ERP and analytics tools.
• Aid in contract management activities such as tracking renewal dates, compliance milestones, and schedules for deliverables.
• Work together with technical teams to convert hardware and infrastructure requirements into actionable procurement specifications.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 2–4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain management, or strategic sourcing.
• Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba, NetSuite).
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
• Familiarity with hardware procurement in data center or hyperscale environments is advantageous.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
