Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist with procurements that are exempt due to their value and support various procurement actions and contract amendments.

• Facilitate the contracting process utilizing the Price Registration System.

• Announce opportunities on the specified procurement portal, including all necessary documentation.

• Evaluate received proposals and relay them for purchasing decisions.

• Oversee collaboration rooms associated with opportunities.

• Monitor and respond to inquiries from suppliers.

• Generate reports from collaboration rooms.

• Identify items that require issuance of automated or manual purchase orders.

• Prepare and send requests for analysis and opinions to regulatory departments.

• Ensure deadlines for completion are met.

• Acquire, document, and update certificates needed for the procurement process.

• Conduct price inquiries to identify items suitable for direct purchase.

• Follow up on processes that have outstanding issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed technical education in "Management and Business", "Control and Industrial Processes", or "Industrial Production" as per CNCT standards.

• Completed undergraduate degree in general fields of study.

• 4 years of experience in procurement processes within the supply sectors of large organizations.

• Proficient knowledge of the SAP ERP MM module.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 suite.

• Understanding of laws and procedures pertaining to public procurement and contracting.

• Skills in technical writing.

• Basic knowledge of Power BI.

• Statistical skills for producing and interpreting measures of dispersion, descriptive analysis, and charts.
