Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Execute procurement and supplier management tasks for U.S. Government and commercial contracts.

• Place purchase orders of low to medium complexity and moderate volume.

• Utilize source selection methods and evaluate data for pricing analysis.

• Engage in negotiations, covering terms and conditions.

• Recognize supplier risks.

• Convey prime contract, quality, terms, and conditions requirements to suppliers.

• Oversee supplier performance in relation to cost, schedule, and quality standards.

• Work collaboratively with engineering, quality, program management, and other functional teams.

• Track procurement reports and assist in achieving company metric goals.

• Communicate proactively in a dynamic environment while adhering to government and Raytheon regulations.

• Propel tasks towards successful completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

• Up to 12 months of relevant professional experience, not including internships.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory, or U.S. Person/eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations.

• Capability to engage in formal negotiations related to pricing, scheduling, and supplier exceptions to contractual obligations.

• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication capabilities.

• Strong organizational abilities.

• Competence in conducting and understanding price analyses and sole source selection/justification.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally if necessary.

• Familiarity with DoD procurement and knowledge of FAR/DFARS.

• Experience using SAP.

• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.

• Background in Six Sigma and productivity enhancement initiatives.
