Procurement Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the most favorable pricing while adhering to Remote’s terms.

• Oversee the complete procurement process in Coupa in collaboration with key business owners and stakeholders.

• Monitor and track software license renewals to guarantee timely continuation of services.

• Collaborate with Remote’s Data Privacy, IT, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

• Prepare and keep precise records of all procurement activities.

• Maintain ongoing communication with vendors to address and resolve daily issues (e.g., managing vendors' non-performance).

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in indirect (services and SaaS) procurement.

• Strong background in managing vendor relationships.

• Familiarity with Coupa Intake & Orchestration is advantageous.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient commercial negotiation and contracting skills.

• Strong project management capabilities.

• Solid documentation skills.

• Capability to work independently as well as part of a globally distributed team.
