This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Plays a crucial role in the effective recruitment and enrollment of new learners by delivering exceptional customer service through the coordination of all testing for prospective students.
• Aids in the collection and processing of essential admissions documents to adhere to accreditation and compliance standards, facilitating the successful enrollment and completion of all learners.
• Manages testing ticket requests for incoming prelicensure applicants and identifies suitable exam pathways.
• Generates and distributes voucher codes for entrance and advanced placement examinations.
• Oversees scheduled appointments to reduce no-shows, address technical issues, adjust rescheduled appointments, and uphold testing goals through proactive communication with each learner.
• Assists in resolving technical issues related to testing, including troubleshooting, escalations, and proctoring support.
• Evaluates exam results to determine appropriate placement, documenting and reporting all outcomes in the relevant systems and to the appropriate stakeholders.
• Coordinates virtual tutoring for entrance exams when necessary.
• Develops, updates, and monitors various tracking systems for demographic, program, and testing data.
• Accurately records all learner correspondence, maintaining updated records and notes in the learner management system (LMS) and customer relationship management (CRM) system in real-time.
• Gathers all necessary documentation for new learner enrollment to complete application files and tracks applicant progress by updating and maintaining required records.
• Reviews all documentation necessary for new learner enrollment and resolves any conflicting information in electronic files, ensuring compliance with accreditation and standards.
• Provides a daily activity report (DAR).
• Collaborates across functions, including facilitating one-on-ones, to ensure a smooth enrollment process for successful outcomes.
• Identifies and recommends improvements in processes or policies.
• Supports additional functional projects as needed.
• A High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required; an associate’s degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
• At least one year of professional experience managing documentation and private or protected information is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with FERPA is strongly preferred.
• Background in college admissions, higher education, data entry, or customer service is preferred.
