This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Your primary responsibility is to facilitate a smooth transition from the VP sale to the UW submission, ultimately leading to CTC and the closing process.

• Process the file to comply with investor and GR UW guidelines.

• Collaborate with the team to engage with the borrower and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless loan process.

• Follow up, reiterate expectations, and monitor key dates and orders, all within your designated 'Time to Task.'

• Take note of VP directives and meticulously review all details of the loan file.

• Request, obtain, and assess all borrower supporting documents, following up with the borrower as needed.

• Collect the application fee upon receipt of signed disclosures and the borrowers' intent to proceed.

• Process remaining third-party orders.

• Update Encompass and rerun AUS as needed to guarantee approvability.

• Organize the file for thorough and accurate UW submission.

• Once approved, prepare and dispatch the initial/conditional Loan Commitment Letter to the borrower and upload it to the EFolder.

• Collaborate with the borrower or third parties to resolve conditions and resubmit to UW for obtaining CTC.

• Once CTC is achieved, prepare the file for a clean submission to closing.

• Review the Closing Disclosure with the Closing Coordinator and ensure its accuracy.

• Confirm the timely closing of the loan.

• Ensure the loan is funded.

• Proficiency in utilizing Encompass, Outlook, and YBR is essential.

• Strong organizational skills, a sense of urgency, and the ability to adapt to key technological tools are crucial for success in this position.

• Required knowledge of products and proficiency in underwriting guidelines.

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are necessary to deliver best-in-class service.
