Processes and Procedures Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Document and visualize processes, scripts, procedures, and flowcharts.

• Implement process analysis techniques and outline routines across various corporate departments.

• Utilize productivity tools and organizational modeling applications.

• Assist with organizational restructuring, process evaluations, or transformation projects.

• Participate in process automation efforts using MAKE, N8N, or alternative tools.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in documenting and visualizing processes, scripts, procedures, and flowcharts.

• Proficient in process analysis techniques and outlining routines across organizational areas.

• High-level expertise in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with organizational modeling software such as Bizagi and Visio.

• Experience in organizational restructuring, process evaluations, or transformation initiatives is advantageous.

• Background in complex corporate settings is a plus.

• Understanding of process automation using MAKE, N8N, or similar tools is desirable.

• Bachelor's degree or technologist degree required.

• Senior-level position.
