Process Manager – Workshop & Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You enhance workshop workflows and processes, as well as the advisory services offered to our franchise partners.

• You provide support to our partners through training and analysis to ensure high standards in our two-wheel, three-wheel, and cargo bike workshops.

• You assist in the implementation of new locations and aid partners in developing and establishing new workshop procedures.

• You create and update training materials, presentations, checklists, manuals, and e-learning courses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, you hold a master qualification as a two-wheel mechatronics technician or a master bicycle mechanic.

• Career changers are also encouraged to apply—such as (automotive) mechanics and (automotive) mechatronics technicians with experience as a bicycle mechanic/assembler.

• You possess experience in product assortment planning and serve as a liaison between the workshop and sales.

• You exhibit entrepreneurial thinking and a strong degree of self-motivation.

• You are willing to support our partners on-site, with a travel requirement of approximately 60%.

• You enjoy cultivating and maintaining collaborative relationships with partners.

• You demonstrate a high level of independence, responsibility, and a service-oriented mindset.
