Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate current workflows and pinpoint opportunities for enhancement and optimization.

• Design, execute, and uphold operational standards and processes across various teams.

• Generate and sustain process documentation, regulations, guidelines, and internal instructions.

• Oversee process adherence and assess the effectiveness of the changes implemented.

• Facilitate collaboration among different departments and stakeholders.

• Guide and assist in internal automation and operational optimization projects.

• Compile reports, operational metrics, and suggestions for leadership consideration.

• Aid in change management processes, assisting teams in adapting to new workflows and operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Process Manager, Operations Manager, Business Analyst, or in a comparable operational position.

• Practical experience in business process mapping, optimization, and operational enhancement.

• Strong grasp of process management principles and operational efficiency.

• Familiarity with process visualization and project management tools.

• Solid analytical and systems-thinking skills.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets.

• Fluent in Russian.

• English proficiency at B1+ level for documentation and internal communication.

• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to problem-solving.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.

• Proactive and results-driven attitude.

• High level of ownership and independence in decision-making.

• Experience with international companies is a plus.

• Knowledge of BPMN or other process management methodologies is a plus.

• Experience with CRM, ERP, or other corporate systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with BI tools and data analytics is a plus.

• Involvement in digital transformation or operational scaling projects is a plus.
