Process Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main subject-matter expert for clinical processes throughout the patient and user experience.

• Comprehend and articulate end-to-end processes, encompassing both upstream and downstream workflows along with their interdependencies.

• Deliver the standard in a manner that is suitable and consistent for customers.

• Function as a liaison between clinical process needs and application specialists.

• Record and convey decisions related to processes, deviations, and risks, along with updates on the clinical project status.

• Empower clinical stakeholders to make well-informed process decisions and guarantee the acceptance and sustainable integration of established processes into everyday clinical practice.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in clinical practice or process-oriented consulting within healthcare organizations, covering core clinical processes and related administrative domains (e.g., billing, medical controlling, quality assurance).

• Strong clinical education (degree or professional qualification in healthcare), preferably supplemented by qualifications in business administration (BWL), process management, or project management.

• Excellent process and analytical abilities with the capacity to examine processes in a structured end-to-end perspective.

• Proven experience in professional concept development, process specification, and SOP creation, along with knowledge of change and transformation methodologies in clinical settings.

• Consulting-oriented mindset with empathy, a consistent results-oriented focus, and a confident demeanor in challenging project and decision-making circumstances.

• Strong analytical thinking and persuasive communication skills across professional interactions.

• High willingness to travel — approximately 60%.
