• Collaborate closely with various departments and teams to comprehend their requirements, gather insights, and achieve consensus on process improvement initiatives.
• Formulate and implement action plans for executing process enhancements.
• Bachelor's Degree that is directly related to the role or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of five years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or a similar position.
• Expertise in process mapping and analysis tools.
• Familiarity with metrics and ROI analysis.
• Understanding of industry best practices, ideally in the mortgage sector, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Project management skills, encompassing planning, execution, and oversight.
