Process Excellence Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Lead and execute 3-5 complex, prioritized, cross-functional initiatives simultaneously, achieving the desired outcomes.

• Collaborate with the leadership team to define initiative goals, set priorities and timelines, determine improvement strategies, develop action plans, and assign/lead resources and tasks to meet operational and financial objectives.

• Report on significant milestones and critical business initiatives to ensure timely completion.

• Utilize lean value stream mapping and DMAIC methodologies to work alongside business leaders.

• Proactively identify, prioritize, manage, and facilitate the implementation of approved projects, as well as address front-line problem-solving.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the organization by partnering with Solventum CI to mentor functional team members during white/yellow belt training and through their respective projects.

• Lead assigned kaizen events as requested.

• Achieve $1 million in annual project benefits while enhancing customer experience related to the respective projects.

• Facilitate change management throughout project delivery and conclusion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in driving Continuous Improvement processes and projects.

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.

• At least one year of experience with Lean Value Stream Mapping.

• Previous experience in the Healthcare or Medical Devices Industries.

• Strong expertise in transactional lean process redesign and improvement.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and change management abilities.

• Thorough understanding of customer support processes and the capacity to align process improvements with customer satisfaction.

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
