Process Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Analyze current or establish new workflows, implement enhancements driven by data, and track Key Performance Indicators to ensure improvements are realized and maintained.

• Deconstruct intricate operational challenges into manageable, logical tasks to address issues at their source.

• Take ownership of the processes under your guidance. You aren't merely offering suggestions; you maintain a relentless focus on execution and tracking long-term outcomes.

• Thrive in a dynamic environment by collaborating with Engineering, Compliance, Customer Success, and Product teams to comprehend and align essential objectives and requirements to deliver business value to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fundamental programming skills (Python, SQL, or similar).

• Skills in data visualization/dashboarding (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, or similar).

• Ability to document processes clearly and operate in an organized manner.

• A keen interest in fintech and financial markets.

• Familiarity with AI/ML tools for pattern recognition and/or automation.

• Nice to have: Process improvement certification (Lean Six Sigma).

• Nice to have: Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2).

• Nice to have: Previous experience in data engineering (ETL pipelines, APIs, cloud data platforms).
