This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Collaborate with team members to define project requirements both within and across different projects.
• Comprehend the business objectives related to the assigned projects.

• Possess 5+ years of proven experience in a similar position, in areas such as business analysis, process design, training, or application support/development.
• Exhibit the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Previous experience with VMS applications is preferred, including Fieldglass, PeopleFluent, etc.
• Preferred background in the staffing industry.
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new systems and stay updated on emerging technologies.
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Highly self-motivated and directed.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial corporate culture, with a work ethic that aligns with that environment.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Lead teams to critically assess, rethink, redesign, and implement sustainable performance improvements, enhancing efficiency, speed, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve problems by addressing root causes through continuous improvement methodologies.
• Responsible for employing effective problem-solving techniques and managing performance improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Professionally challenge conventional thinking and guide the adoption of innovative approaches.
• Design comprehensive end-to-end business processes informed by a thorough understanding of process drivers and metrics.
• Prepare detailed workflow designs for ad-hoc processes.
• Analyze operational data to identify system or operational issues and propose solutions.
• Facilitate the education and training of InGenesis staff on changes in business processes.
• Participate in cross-functional teams aimed at improving enterprise IT systems.
• Knowledgeable in process metrics, process testing, and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies.
• Lead change management activities with a focus on creating and delivering effective communications and relevant documentation plans.
• Design and develop training materials for employees, customers, and suppliers.
• Deliver tailored training sessions based on segment, process, and audience.
• Research new training resources and materials that could enhance our training practices and benefit our employees and clients.
• Responsible for crafting and delivering internal communication updates to keep stakeholders engaged.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.
