This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Assist in the standardization of processes across the enterprise by documenting workflows for all business units.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
• Transform informal processes and tacit knowledge into formalized documentation.
• Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), process maps, workflows, checklists, and playbooks.
• Organize, maintain, and regularly update the knowledge repository to ensure accurate and user-friendly access.
• Develop and sustain a centralized documentation repository using platforms like SharePoint, Confluence, or similar tools.
• Work with teams to identify process gaps, redundancies, and inconsistencies.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of documentation to maintain accuracy and relevance.
• Provide training to teams on how to access and utilize the documentation repository.
• 3–6+ years of experience in process documentation, technical writing, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience in creating SOPs, workflows, and structured documentation.
• Strong capability to collaborate cross-functionally with global teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail along with strong organizational abilities.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in IT Services, Managed Services, or Consulting environments.
• Familiarity with tools such as SharePoint, Confluence, or similar platforms.
• Experience with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio, Miro, etc.).
• Understanding of ITIL or operational best practices.
• Exposure to systems like Autotask, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
