Process Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Lead unbiased mapping of business and information technology processes, pinpointing operational gaps, governance maturity, and crafting a strategic roadmap of recommended tools customized to the client's environment.

• Develop executive questionnaires and facilitate interviews with stakeholders and sponsors to outline end-to-end journeys.

• Evaluate the resource management model, project health and margins, schedule deviations, and backlog management.

• Assess the maturity level of organizational processes, structures, compliance, information security, access profiles, and the architecture of existing automations.

• Contrast business pain points with the capabilities of current tool configurations, identifying architectural conflicts and mapping integration risks.

• Analyze and showcase the optimal platform options available in the market that align with the mapped scenario, generating an impact vs. effort matrix and a Change Management plan.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Process Consulting projects, Business Architecture, Lean methodologies, or IT assessments.

• Proficiency in industry frameworks for service and project management (such as ITIL for ITSM/Service Desk and PMO/PSA practices for resource management).

• Systems architecture insight to assess integrations and recommend "Recommended Platforms" (familiarity with the Gartner CRM/ITSM quadrant, while maintaining neutrality towards specific tools).

• Consultative leadership presence: capability to engage with executives as peers and identify genuine operational bottlenecks.
