Process and Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Standardization and unification of current sales processes for both inside and field sales teams.

• Enhancement of end-to-end processes aimed at decreasing cycle times, minimizing error rates, and lowering costs.

• Creation of a cohesive process framework for field sales, key account management, and private customers to optimize efficiency and adaptability.

• Effective project management for deployments and automation, particularly within the proprietary system and Salesforce.

• Close cooperation with Sales, sales controlling analysts, IT, and other departments.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience in process and/or project management, preferably within a sales context (minimum of 3–5 years).

• Strong expertise in modeling and enhancing business processes (end-to-end).

• Familiarity with CRM and workflow systems (e.g., Salesforce or similar).

• Methodical, analytical, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills along with a high level of assertiveness.
