This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Lead the mapping, diagnosis, and design of the current state (*As Is*) of the company's essential processes in direct collaboration with leadership.
• Co-create the future state (*To Be*), merging leadership's strategic vision with the practical feasibility of operations.
• Identify automation opportunities and design workflow architectures that integrate Artificial Intelligence agents to achieve significant efficiency and agility.
• Consolidate the new processes into a comprehensive Service Blueprint, establishing a clear RACI matrix, estimated execution timelines (ETAs), and centralization of materials, tools, and links.
• Mobilize and engage partners and co-responsible areas for the multidisciplinary co-creation of workflows.
• Structure the enablement and handover plan in collaboration with the Enablement team to train operations on the new model.
• Design audit frameworks and routines with partner teams to ensure compliance and ongoing adherence post-implementation.
• Implement and manage a structured Change Management (GMUD) flow to assess impacts, communicate, and approve any future changes to processes.
• Proven expertise in Process Management (BPM).
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management skills.
• Proficient in negotiation and stakeholder facilitation.
• Advantageous: specialized training in process or project management.
