Process Analyst – Junior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Grasp the operational processes, systems, and routines associated with credit cards, identifying areas for enhancement and proposing improvements.

• Oversee unresolved issues and manage deadlines effectively.

• Facilitate meetings with external stakeholders, business partners, and senior management.

• Create and refine processes for data extraction and handling.

• Discover opportunities through thorough analysis.

• Design process maps and flowcharts with a strategic approach to suggest innovations.

• Encourage collaboration among affected professionals and organizations.

• Ensure effective communication and address conflicts promptly.

• Coordinate directly with clients concerning delivery expectations and possible challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Process Management is preferred.

• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of process modeling tools like Visio or Bizagi.

• 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong analytical reasoning abilities and effective communication skills.

• Capability to present ideas and assert positions during meetings with executives and other departments.

• Analytical mindset coupled with critical thinking skills for evaluating processes.

• Proactive, adaptable, and well-organized.

• Ability to thrive in a team environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
